Eligibility for Refunds:
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design), you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit and confirmed by the carrier, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds for situations where the buyer changes their mind after the purchase.
- Incorrect Address: If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be issued.
Process for Refunds:

- Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Approval: If your request is approved, we will notify you via email. You can choose between a refund or a replacement.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Replacement Processing
If you choose a replacement, we will provide you with a new tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Order Cancellations:
- Before Production:
- Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they are still in the "waiting for fulfillment" or "on hold" status. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
- After Production Begins: Once an order has started production, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as each item is custom-made specifically for you.
How to Cancel an Order:

- Order Status:
- We will check the status of your order. If it has not yet entered production, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund.
Automatic Cancellations:
- Orders with failed payments will be automatically canceled if the payment issue is not resolved within 24 hours.
